Speaking from my experience as an active forex trader, assessing broker costs—especially swap fees or overnight financing charges—is fundamental to my strategy. Unfortunately, in the case of IFA, I was unable to find any transparent information regarding their swap fees or overnight charges in the publicly available details. This is already a red flag for me, as reputable brokers typically disclose this information clearly, allowing traders to plan and manage costs effectively. Additionally, IFA is currently unregulated and has been flagged for suspicious regulatory status and high potential risk. This means there’s no oversight on their fee practices, and there’s little recourse if I encounter unexpected or excessive charges. When comparing this to established, regulated brokers—who are required to publish all trading costs, maintain fair practices, and report to oversight bodies—IFA stands out as far less transparent and potentially riskier. For me, the lack of regulatory protection and fee disclosure makes it impossible to gauge how their swap charges compare. As a rule, I avoid committing funds to any broker where key cost information isn’t both comprehensive and easily accessible. In my view, this is non-negotiable for safeguarding my capital and long-term trading interests.
