As an experienced trader who carefully vets brokers before engaging, I’ve scrutinized SCB’s operations and regulatory status in depth. My research reveals that SCB is fundamentally focused on environmental products, carbon-neutral solutions, and low-carbon commodities, rather than mainstream forex or CFD trading. Nowhere in their official profiles did I find any mention of SCB providing typical spread models—fixed or variable spreads—commonly expected from retail forex brokers. There also aren’t disclosures on spread behavior during periods of major news or volatility. For me, transparency around trading conditions like spread structure is non-negotiable. When a broker doesn’t provide explicit specifications on whether it uses fixed or variable spreads, or how spreads might widen under high-impact events, it signals a lack of focus on conventional FX trading. Importantly, SCB’s revoked and expired regulatory licenses further reinforce my caution; this status means there’s essentially no formal oversight regarding the fairness of order execution or price spreads. In real-money trading, the absence of such assurances could carry significant risk to capital. In summary, SCB does not publicize information about spread types or their behavior, which for me is a critical red flag. Without concrete details, I would not consider it a viable or safe option for active forex trading, especially during periods of market volatility when transparency and regulatory protection are most vital.
