A demo account is not just a trial; it’s a key educational and risk management tool, especially for newcomers or anyone looking to adapt to a broker’s unique trading interface. The absence of a demo signals to me that I would need to start directly with live funds—Travelex’s minimum deposit is AUD 100 in-store or AUD 350 online/app—thereby elevating my initial risk. Additionally, it limits the opportunity to simulate trading strategies or get accustomed to their proprietary platforms (Travelex Money App or web) under real market conditions without real-world consequences. In my opinion, while Travelex appears reputable and regulated in Australia, this is a cautious point for anyone prioritizing a risk-free trial before depositing.
