In my experience reviewing Ces Futures and after closely evaluating their available information, I found that the broker mainly provides access to futures markets rather than forex, so the typical concept of fixed or variable “spreads” isn’t described in the same way as it would be for spot forex brokers. Instead, trading costs at Ces Futures are structured around exchange and margin fees, with no explicit mention of either fixed or variable spreads. This is quite common among futures brokers in China, where trading is highly regulated, and fees are generally transparent according to exchange listings. However, as someone who has traded futures during volatile periods, I can share that market conditions—especially during major news events—can significantly influence the bid-ask spread on any futures exchange. Even though Ces Futures doesn’t advertise spreads directly, sudden spikes in volatility around news releases can lead to noticeably wider market spreads and potentially increased slippage, regardless of the fee structure. That’s why I always approach trading during these periods with added caution, monitoring liquidity and adjusting my strategy if market depth starts to thin out. While Ces Futures appears to maintain regulatory standards and reasonable costs based on what is posted, I would not assume any immunity to spread widening during high-impact news events, and I make sure to verify contract specifications and risk controls for each specific product I trade.
