Yes, AccuIndex is regulated by the CSEC (license number 340/17). This gives me some level of confidence about the safety of my funds, but I always double-check a broker’s regulation before trading, especially after reading various AccuIndex reviews. I prefer trading with regulated brokers for peace of mind.
