Is Moneta Markets regulated?
Based on my Moneta Markets review, it’s important to note that the broker is offshore regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), with a license number of SD144. While this regulation is better than being unregulated, it’s still considered less secure than a broker regulated by a major authority such as FCA or ASIC. For me, this means that while Moneta Markets operates within legal frameworks, the oversight is limited compared to brokers under more stringent regulatory bodies. Is Moneta Markets legit? From my perspective, the answer is somewhat cautious. While the broker is regulated by the FSA and has been authorized to operate, the Exceeded status of the FSCA means that Moneta Markets might not be as strictly monitored as brokers with full regulatory compliance, and this could raise concerns about investor protection and transparency. However, I appreciate that it is still regulated, which provides some level of assurance compared to unregulated brokers.
