Yes, CPY (Core Pacific-Yamaichi Futures H.K. Limited) is regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) under license No. ABY048. Personally, I always check a broker’s license before starting, and knowing this makes me more confident when I use cpy download to install their trading platform.
