Is Alpari regulated?
Alpari Forex is regulated by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (NBRB). This regulation provides some degree of legitimacy to the platform. However, as an Alpari Forex broker, I must note that NBRB regulation doesn’t offer the same level of investor protection as stronger financial authorities like the FCA or ASIC. In my Alpari review, I would recommend being cautious due to the limited scope of the regulation. While it’s regulated, the oversight is not as robust as those in major jurisdictions like the EU or UK, which are known for strong protections for traders. As an Alpari Forex broker, it’s essential to balance the regulatory standing with its other features before deciding to trade large sums. The absence of stronger regulation means traders should be aware of the potential risks, especially when dealing with high leverage.
