Inceptial is registered in Belarus and regulated by the National Bank of Belarus, which offers a certain degree of legitimacy. However, the regulatory status of the FSA (offshore) and the suspicious FCA clone license make me cautious. After reading Inceptial reviews, I would proceed with caution, especially since the European and UK regulations are stricter and more trusted.
