Alla fine di marzo 2022, ho registrato e depositato fondi tramite Shenghui Group Ltd (https://www.shenghuigroupax.com) per fare trading su MetaTrader 5. Il numero del conto di trading di Shenghui Group è 210292. Il 25 aprile 2022, il mio prelievo richiesta di USD 38.435 è stata respinta, giustificando per motivi di sicurezza. Blocco del mio account. Ho cercato di capire il motivo dell'atto unilaterale. Quindi il 27 aprile ho inviato una mail al servizio clienti ( support@shenghuigroupax.com) ma nessuno mi ha risposto. Shenghui Group Ltd - Withdrawal request Problems

At the end of March 2022, I registered and deposited funds through Shenghui Group Ltd (https://www.shenghuigroupax.com) to trade on MetaTrader 5. The trading account number of Shenghui Group is 210292. On 25th April 2022, my withdrawal request of USD 38,435 was rejected, justifying for security reasons. Freezing my account. I tried to understand the reason of the unilateral act. So at 27th April I sent an email to customer service ( support@shenghuigroupax.com) but nobody answered me.
