Methods for adding funds to your online bank account
IBKR cannot be funded with a debit or credit card. You'll have to send money to IBKR's bank account via wire transfer. As a preliminary step, you must notify IBKR of the deposit. If you don't do this, your wire transfer will not go through.
Deposit money into your IBKR account by clicking the “Deposit” button on the left side.
Click “Use this Method” on the page that appears.
In the third step, you'll be directed to IBKR's bank account information.
You've finished notifying IBKR of an upcoming WIRE transfer to your account! Congratulations! Next, we'll need to secure the necessary funding.
To my knowledge, there are just two methods for adding money to your account:
Through the use of a wire transfer to a bank account
Go to your bank with your USDs in hand and make an appointment. In order to do this, you'll need a USD bank account. You can wire money from your BDO USD account to another BDO USD account via your app, which is very handy.
Over the counter is one way to accomplish it.
Using the bank data provided by IBKR, please include your account number and full name as a reference. (For instance, U123456/Juan Dela Cruz).

Add a balance by clicking “Balances” on the left-hand side and selecting USD.
