Retiré fondos el 18/08/2023 a las 03:55. Mis fondos aún no han sido transferidos. Me comuniqué con el equipo de soporte, el servicio al cliente me informó que mis fondos se transferirían dentro de las 24 horas. Han pasado más de 36 horas y mis fondos aún no han sido transferidos. Me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente nuevamente, ¡el servicio de soporte me dijo que mis fondos no se podían retirar hasta el 25 de agosto! ¡Creo que esto no es legal y tengo sospechas de fraude! ¡También quiero señalar que antes, el retiro de fondos tomó de 10 a 30 minutos!

BlaFX platform won't let me withdraw my funds!

I withdrew funds on 08/18/2023 at 03:55. My funds have not yet been transferred. I contacted the support team, the customer service informed me that my funds would be transferred within 24 hours. It's been more than 36 hours and my funds still haven't been transferred. I contacted the customer support again, the support service told me that my funds could not be withdrawn until August 25! I think that this is not legal and I have suspicions of fraud! I also want to note that earlier the withdrawal of funds took 10-30 minutes!
