Ich habe monatelang versucht, mein Geld abzuheben, was sie nicht erlaubt haben, bis ich einen anderen Weg benutzt habe. Schrecklicher Kundenservice, sehr langsam und inkompetent. Hat keine Kommunikation und Kundenbetreuung weiß nicht, wie lange es für irgendetwas dauert, weiß nicht, was passiert. Es ist ein Albtraum.

Tried for months to withdraw my money they did allow not until i use another way Terrible customer service, very slow and incompetent. Has no communication and customer care does not know how long it takes for anything, does not know what is happening. Its a nightmare.
